Our practice group includes individuals with extensive experience working within state and federal government offices who have long-term relationships with officials and an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of governmental decision making.

For example, Mr. Gants was the lead lobbyist for the industry coalition that achieved passage of amendments to Section 911 of the Income Tax Code providing exemptions from US income tax for Americans working abroad. He also led the successful effort on the part of home appliances manufacturers for enactment of the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act of 1987.
