Mr. Redmon and his wife, Fran (a former member of the Virginia Commission for the Arts), sponsored a non-profit board member training session in co-operation with the Alexandria Volunteer Bureau; the program was aptly named “Springboard” and provided volunteer prospective non-profit board members basic training in governances responsibility and fundraising.
